Positions
As the organization that represents the majority of oil and gas activities in Alaska, AOGA monitors and participates in local, state and national discussions relevant to the industry. Through its Board of Directors, five standing committees and several work groups, AOGA develops common positions among its members and actively engages community, business, legislative, and governmental stakeholders to build awareness and support.

- The oil and gas industry gave more than $28 milliion in charitable contributions in 2007.
